FOUNDER STORY
Six years ago I started my property journey with no roadmap and a lot of unanswered questions. No mentor, no blueprint, just a genuine belief that property could build something lasting if I approached it honestly and worked hard at it.
Since then I have been involved in a wide range of projects: flips, high-end refurbishments, multi-unit conversions, new-build developments, land, and rent-to-serviced accommodation. Some went exactly to plan. Others taught me things I could not have learned any other way. That combination of experience across different strategies, and the honesty about what works and what does not, is the foundation of everything Cartrefi Furmage does.
The name Cartrefi comes from the Welsh language and means homes. It reflects what this business is actually about: helping people build something of lasting value through property, whether that is their first investment, a growing portfolio, or a smarter way to sell what they already own.
Today I work with investors, landlords, and property owners across the UK and internationally, including clients based in Dubai, Singapore, Australia, and beyond. The common thread is always the same: a direct conversation with someone who knows the market and will give you an honest view, not a polished sales pitch.
